Heart Led Psychology
Guided by Connection. Rooted in Compassion.
Take it from a psychologist, real change is found past all the analysis
It is found deep in our heart and body. Our society has become cut off from the power of the heart with devastating consequences. This has translated into the fact that on an individual level most of us are living primarily from our heads. Controlling, worrying, judging ourselves and others. In managing the modern world it is easy to feel stuck, disconnected, sad, anxious, or frustrated with the state of our lives and relationships. But these painful emotions are actually wise teachers. I want to teach you how to transform them. Let’s turn pain into personal power - for yourself and the world around you.
What does your heart know that maybe your mind has forgotten?
My name is Dr. Jessica Block and I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist who wants to help you remember.
All of our past experiences are stored somatically in our bodies. There is a deeper wisdom within you, but most of us need help, at least initially, to access that wisdom. At the foundation of my work is a warm and genuine therapeutic relationship. This is a safe container for you to feel the stuck emotions and get to know the parts of you preventing you from living the life you would like to be living. Being human in the world today is hard, but you don't have to do it alone.
